Currently, we offer door to door delivery in three regions; Kingston, Portmore, and Spanish Town. Outside of these three regions, we make use of Knutsford Express for deliveries. Shipment will be subject to Knutsford Express’ Terms and Conditions.

No, there is no limit to the size of the packages you can ship to Jamaica. We are prepared and ready to ship your packages, no matter how big or small they are.

Every week, packages are forwarded to Jamaica on Friday and arrive in Jamaica on Monday. Your package will then be subjected to the availability of Jamaica Customs Agency.

We will pay the Customs Duty and Custom GCT for all packages forwarded to Jamaica. Once your package is cleared, you will be notified via text and email to check your dashboard and make the payment. NOTE: Once payment is received, the item will go out for delivery.

We forward any package delivered to your assigned virtual mailbox in Florida. These packages can either be hand-delivered or mailed to the virtual mailbox address you were provided.

A Shipping Alert is a means of notifying us that your package is on the way. To set up a Shipping Alert, you will be required to enter the following:

  • The Retailer’s Name
  • The Tracking Number
  • The Estimated Delivery Date
  • The Estimated Weight

 

 

If you would like to combine multiple packages, this can be done while setting up the shipping alert. Clicking the ‘Combine Shipment” button informs us of your intent to merge multiple packages into one. Please be certain NOT to combine incompatible items. Select “add notes” to leave special shipping instructions. You can ship as many packages as you like, but TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY.

An email will be sent to you prompting you to verify your virtual mailbox address. You will be required to add a forwarding address (the address to which your packages will be delivered in Jamaica) and upload a valid government ID. Follow the steps in the email to complete your mailbox address verification.

After verifying your email address you will receive an email with your virtual mailbox address and login information. You can also view your mailbox address on the dashboard section inside the User Portal.

Your virtual mailbox address is your US address. This is what you enter as a Shipping Address when you shop online.

Please ensure that you never forget to enter your mailbox number on the second line of the address. This mailbox number is the means by which your packages are identified.

The Combine Shipment feature can be used if you would like to ship more than one package. To use the Combine Shipment feature, click on the Combine Shipment button when setting up a Shipping Alert and provide the required information on the other package. You can ship as much package as you want at a goal, but TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY.

When shopping, enter your mailbox address as your shipping number and enter the Mailbox Number as the apartment number. This is to help us track your package from the retailer.

Before packages are shipped on our platform, they will be insured at the rate of $1 per $100 declared value of each package. TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY.

Knutsford Express is a courier service provider that conveniently sends packages between its terminals in cities and towns all over Jamaica. All packages with delivery addresses outside of Kingston, Portmore and Spanish Town will be delivered using Knutsford Express. All packages delivered via Knutsford Express will be subject to Knutsford Express delivery fees which are payable on delivery.

Yes, someone else can receive your package on your behalf. If you will be personally unavailable to receive your package, simply navigate to your user portal and upload the ID of a third party available to receive your package.

All packages will be inspected before they are forwarded to Jamaica to ensure that they match the details in the invoice provided, they don’t fall into the banned products category, all double boxes are removed and reboxed where necessary, and to ensure theythey are not damaged.

You can ship virtually anything from the US to Jamaica so far it is not prohibited by the US and the Jamaican government. If you are unsure about the status of a product, kindly contact our Customer Service for further clarification.

During inspection at our warehouses in the US, your prohibited item will be separated and you will be contacted explaining why it cannot be shipped to Jamaica.

No, we don’t accept payment on delivery. Payment has to be made before deliveries can be initiated.

Your delivery address can be edited whenever you wish to, however, once a shipping alert has been created, the option to edit your delivery address will be unavailable until delivery is completed.

Without a valid mean of identification, you will not be able to use our services to forward packages to Jamaica as your mailbox address cannot be verified without a valid mean of identification.

You can ship as many cars as you want since there is no limit to the size of the package we can help you ship to Jamaica,

To calculate the shipping fees of your package, simply click on the Rates & Calculator tab at the top of your user portal.

If you use the Credit Card payment method, you will be debited once your package is cleared and delivery will be scheduled. However, for other payment methods, you will receive a notification prompting you to make payment. Once payment is made, go to your dashboard and upload your payment slip which will be subject to verification. After successful verification, you will be contacted for delivery.

We do not store your credit card information or other sensitive data on our servers. For any transaction, we use the services of a secure payment gateway to provide safe and secure payment procedures. Your credit card information is never transmitted via our website since the payment gateway is responsible for collecting, storing and encrypting your data. All the information that is collected is used for products and services provision, billing, identification and authentication, services improvement, contact, and research.
