TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF WEIGHTLESS SHIPPING PROMO FOR FITNESS EQUIPMENT 

1.      Eligibility: 

·       The Weightless Shipping promo applies exclusively to fitness equipment, including but not limited to exercise machines, kettlebells, barbells, dumbbells, and weights. 

·       Exercise paraphernalia such as exercise bands, exercise mats, gym clothes, water bottles, protein shakes, or protein powders do not qualify for this promotion. 

 

2.      Disqualification Criteria: 

·       Combining fitness equipment with qualified or non-qualifying items in a single package will automatically disqualify the entire shipment from this promotion. Please do not do a combined shipping alert if you wish to qualify or this promo. 

·       Fitness equipment the arrive in Florida with non-qualifying paraphernalia in the same packaging (e.g., bands, mats, or supplements) will also be disqualified. We will NOT separate your package.

 

3.      Shipping and Delivery Costs: 

·       Weightless Shipping is calculated based on cubic feet, not by the actual weight of the package. 

·       While the shipping cost is weightless, the delivery fee is still based on the actual weight of the package. Customers are required to obtain a quote before purchasing items. 

 

4.      Shipping Alerts: 

·       When creating a shipping alert, customers must include the phrase “WEIGHTLESS PROMO 2025” in the Special Delivery Instructions section. 

·       Shipping alerts without this required promo code will be charged at standard rates. 

 

5.      Return Policy: 

·       All requests for returns will be processed in accordance with our standard terms and conditions

 

6.      Promotion Timeline: 

·       The promo is valid from January 1, 2025, at 5:00 a.m. to February 28, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. 

·       Items received after February 28, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. will be subject to standard rates and terms. 

 

7.      Coverage: 

·       This promotion is available island-wide. However, customers residing outside of Kingston, Spanish Town, Portmore, and Old Harbour may find the delivery costs less cost-effective. It is strongly recommended to obtain a quote before purchasing items. 

 

8.      Additional Terms: 

·       This promotion is void where prohibited and may be altered or terminated without prior notice. 

·       All weightless items are shipped via ocean freight, with a delivery turnaround time of 7 to 10 days. 

·       Prepayment is required before shipping under this promo.

 

There will be no rain check on the promotions, they will come to an end on the indicated date and will not be extended. If the promotion requires packages to be purchased on specific dates and they are not purchased on the specified dates, the packages will not be eligible for the promotion. If the promotion requires that a text be added to the Special Instructions box when creating a shipping alert and they are not added, the packages will not be eligible for the promotion. If your package was shipped to Jamaica and has not been cleared by Customs before the promotion end date, it will not be eligible for the promotion. If your packages are in transit or with Customs or have been delayed for whatsoever reason and the promotion expires, you will not be eligible for the promotion. If your package exceeds the specified weight limit, it will not be eligible for the promotion. If your package is valued below the minimum required spend limit, it will not be eligible for the promotion. This promotion is aimed to cater to personal purchases only. All packages deemed to be for commercial purposes will no be eligible for this promotion and normal rates will apply. This promotion is valid for PLATINUM MEMBERS ONLY. It is FREE to become a Platinum Member, join to become eligible for this promotion. This Promotion ONLY covers the Shipping Cost or a percentage of the Shipping Cost to Jamaica. You will be responsible for all the other costs incurred by your package where applicable, including Logistics Charge, Tariff Charge, and Delivery Charge. We reserve the rights to terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice. If for any reason, it is found that this promotion has been abused or violated by any user, the defaulting user will no longer be eligible for any of our Promotions and the account may be deactivated.
